Our Mission
- To own and operate, on or near the campus of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, a bookstore or bookstores which shall furnish books, school supplies and other services for the use and benefit of students, faculty, staff and alumni.
- To own and operate food or eating facilities which shall furnish food and other necessities.
- To carry on, conduct and engage in any and all other related retail activities.
- To transfer from time to time, as the Board of Directors of this corporation may determine, any of its surplus funds to Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University or the Virginia Tech Foundation, Inc. for allocation and use by the University as the President and Board of Visitors deem appropriate; such allocations and uses to be reported by the President to the Board of Directors of Virginia Tech Services, Inc. on a timely basis.
